ARE U WASTING TIME? International Youth Empowerment is a U.S.A. based 501(c) nonprofit delivering a level of vision, access, and transformation that very few youth programs can match. At the heart of this movement is a highly distinctive International College Recruitment Basketball model designed for serious male and female middle school and high school student athletes ready to rise above the ordinary. Through our USAB Certified training philosophy, elite player development, national exposure opportunities, and the world renowned Global Goodwill Games Olympic Styled Multi National platform live streamed and showcased from Liberia and Nigeria, we create a rare pathway where young athletes do more than play basketball. They use the game to unlock Global Competition, Global Visibility, and Global Opportunity.

Our Hip-Hop-Influenced Literacy Program meets young people in the creative spaces they already love — hip hop, visual art, poetry, songwriting, storytelling, and digital media. By using culturally familiar artistic expression, we help students build confidence, strengthen their voice, and develop real literacy skills through creativity rather than pressure.
